Job Description - Customer Support Manager

Job Description:


We are looking for a dedicated and adaptable Customer Support Manager to join our team at Dubai Festival City in Abu Dhabi. As a mid-to-senior level position, we require a candidate with a minimum of 7 years of experience in customer support or a related field.


Responsibilities: - Manage the customer support team, including hiring, training, and evaluating staff members - Develop and implement customer support policies and procedures to ensure efficient and effective service delivery - Handle escalated customer complaints and issues, providing resolutions in a timely and satisfactory manner - Monitor customer satisfaction levels and identify areas for improvement - Collaborate with other departments to improve overall customer experience - Analyze data and trends to make informed decisions about customer support strategies - Maintain open communication with customers and solicit feedback to continuously improve services


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to make quick and effective decisions under pressure - Proven experience in managing customer support teams - Proficiency in CRM software and other relevant tools - Persuasion skills to influence team members and stakeholders - Ability to adapt to changing circumstances and prioritize tasks effectively
