Job Description - Customer Support Manager

Job Description:


Emaar Properties is seeking a talented Customer Support Manager to join our team in Abu Dhabi. As a Customer Support Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction through effective management of customer support operations.


Responsibilities: 1. Develop and implement customer support strategies to enhance customer experience. 2. Manage a team of customer support representatives and ensure they are equipped to handle customer inquiries and issues effectively. 3. Monitor and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement in customer support processes. 4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer issues and provide timely resolutions. 5. Develop key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of customer support operations. 6. Train and mentor customer support representatives to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to assist customers. 7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer support to continuously improve processes. 8. Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner. 9. Implement tools and technologies to streamline customer support processes and enhance efficiency.


Requirements: 1. 8 years of experience in customer support or a related field. 2. Proven track record of successfully managing customer support operations. 3. Strong leadership and communication skills. 4. Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple priorities. 5. Confident and adaptable personality traits. 6. Presentation and adaptability as soft skills. 7. Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field. 8. Knowledge of CRM software and customer support tools. 9. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
