Job Description - Remote Customer Support Manager


Job Description:


PayPal Holdings is seeking a Remote Customer Support Manager to join our team in Abu Dhabi, UAE. This part-time position is ideal for individuals with mid-to-senior level experience in customer support, who are dedicated and adaptable.


Responsibilities: 1. Manage and oversee a team of remote customer support agents, ensuring timely and efficient resolution of customer queries and issues. 2. Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention rates. 3. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions. 4. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide coaching and feedback to team members. 5. Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience. 6. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer support. 7. Handle escalated customer complaints and issues. 8. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.


Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field. 2. Minimum of 6 years of experience in customer support or a related role. 3. Proven leadership and management skills. 4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 6. Strong problem-solving abilities. 7. Experience working in a remote or virtual team environment. 8. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer support software. 9. Dedicated and adaptable personality traits. 10. Soft skills include adaptability and cooperation.
