Job Description - Customer Support Manager

Job Description:


We are seeking a reliable and confident Customer Support Manager to join our team at Sharjah Electricity and Water Authority in Dubai. As a part-time Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in customer support roles.


Responsibilities: 1. Manage a team of customer support representatives to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. 2. Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints with empathy and professionalism. 3. Develop and implement strategies to improve customer service processes and procedures. 4. Monitor performance metrics and provide regular reports to senior management. 5. Conduct training sessions for new customer support team members. 6. Collaborate with other departments, such as sales and marketing, to improve overall customer experience.


Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field. 2. Strong emotional intelligence and negotiation skills. 3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Ability to multitask and work under pressure. 5. Experience working in a fast-paced customer service environment. 6. Proficiency in CRM software and other customer support tools.
