Job Description - Customer Support Manager

Job Description:


GameStop is seeking a dynamic and experienced Customer Support Manager to join our team in Abu Dhabi, UAE. This part-time position requires a candidate with a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience and a proven track record of providing exceptional customer support services.


Responsibilities: - Manage a team of customer support representatives to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction. - Develop and implement customer support strategies and initiatives to improve overall customer experience. - Handle escalated customer complaints and issues in a timely and effective manner. - Monitor and analyze customer support metrics to identify trends and drive continuous improvement. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement customer-centric initiatives. - Conduct regular training sessions for customer support staff to enhance their skills and knowledge. - Implement best practices in customer support management and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field. - Proven experience in a customer support management role. - Strong leadership and communication skills. - Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment. - Energetic and resilient personality traits. - Strong research and innovation skills. - Excellent problem-solving abilities.
