As a Customer Support Manager at Crown Holdings, you will be responsible for managing a team of customer support representatives who work remotely from home. This part-time role at a Mid-to-Senior Level requires at least 7 years of experience in a customer support or service management role.
Responsibilities: - Manage and oversee a team of remote customer support representatives, providing guidance, training, and support as needed - Monitor team performance and ensure that customer inquiries and issues are resolved in a timely and satisfactory manner - Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures to improve efficiency and effectiveness - Analyze customer feedback and data to identify trends and areas for improvement - Communicate with customers to address escalated issues and ensure high levels of satisfaction - Collaborate with other departments, such as sales and marketing, to ensure a seamless customer experience - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer support management
Requirements: - Proven experience in a customer support or service management role, with at least 7 years of experience - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive decision-making - Highly adaptable and dedicated to providing exceptional customer service - Ability to work independently and manage a remote team effectively - Experience with customer support software and CRM systems - Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred
