Job Description - Customer Support Officer

Job Description:


JetBlue Airways is seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Support Officer to join our team in Dubai. As a part-time Associate Level position, the Customer Support Officer will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to passengers, handling inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner.


Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person 2. Assist customers with booking flights, managing reservations, and navigating the website 3. Resolve customer complaints and issues with a positive attitude 4. Monitor flight schedules and inform customers of any changes or delays 5. Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience 6. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions 7. Stay up-to-date on company policies and procedures to provide accurate information to customers


Requirements: 1. 3 years of customer service experience in the airline industry 2. Independent and resilient personality traits 3. Time management and emotional intelligence skills 4. Strong communication and problem-solving abilities 5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure 6. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
