Remote Customer Support Officer

As a Remote Customer Support Officer at Aramark, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients through various communication channels. This part-time position located in Dubai, Dubai, AE requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in customer support.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner - Provide product information, troubleshoot problems, and resolve complaints - Manage and prioritize incoming customer requests to ensure all issues are addressed promptly - Work closely with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction - Utilize creativity and problem-solving skills to find innovative solutions for customer concerns - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Serve as a liaison between customers and other departments within the company

Requirements: - 2 years of experience in customer support or a related field - Confident and independent personality traits - Strong communication and people management skills - Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in using customer support software and Microsoft Office Suite - Experience working remotely and managing a flexible schedule - Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred but not required
