Job Description - Customer Support Officer

Job Description:


We are looking for a dedicated and driven Customer Support Officer to join our team at Viacom in Abu Dhabi. As a part-time Associate Level position, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our clients and ensuring their needs are met in a timely and efficient manner.


Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns they may have. 2. Assist customers with product information, pricing, and order processing. 3. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 4. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience. 5. Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services to customers. 6. Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any additional needs. 7. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to better assist customers. 8. Provide feedback to management on customer trends and areas for improvement.


Requirements: 1. At least 2 years of experience in a customer service or support role. 2. Strong communication skills and the ability to interact with customers professionally. 3. Excellent planning and time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively. 4. A positive attitude and a willingness to go above and beyond for our customers. 5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. 6. Proficiency in using CRM software and other customer support tools.
