Customer Support Officer

Arthur J. Gallagher, a leading global insurance brokerage and risk management firm, is seeking a part-time Customer Support Officer to join our team in Abu Dhabi, AE. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients, ensuring their needs are met in a timely and efficient manner.

Responsibilities: 1. Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat. 2. Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner. 3. Collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs and concerns. 4. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 5. Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate team members. 6. Stay up-to-date on company products, services, and policies to provide accurate information to customers. 7. Assist with other administrative tasks and projects as needed.

Requirements: 1. Minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field. 2. Resourceful and driven personality traits. 3. Strong decision-making and creativity skills. 4. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. 5. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. 6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer service software. 7. Associate degree or equivalent relevant work experience.
