Customer Support Officer

Job Description:

First Data is seeking a part-time Customer Support Officer to join our team in Dubai, AE. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in customer support roles. We are looking for individuals who are resourceful, hardworking, and possess excellent communication and research skills.

Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner. 2. Investigate and resolve customer complaints and issues with a focus on achieving customer satisfaction. 3. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 4. Collaborate with other team members to problem-solve and improve customer support processes. 5. Provide product information and support to customers to ensure they have a positive experience with our services. 6. Assist with processing orders, returns, and other customer-related requests.

Requirements: 1. 2+ years of experience in customer support or a related field. 2. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 3. Strong research skills to effectively address customer inquiries. 4. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. 5. Resourceful and proactive in finding solutions to customer issues. 6. High school diploma or equivalent required, Bachelor's degree preferred.
