Job Description - Customer Support Officer

Job Description:


Markel is seeking a part-time Customer Support Officer to join our team in Dubai. As an Associate Level position, we are looking for candidates with at least 4 years of experience in customer support or a related field.


Responsibilities: 1. Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat. 2. Assist customers with product inquiries, order processing, and issue resolution. 3. Maintain accurate customer records and documentation. 4. Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex customer issues. 5. Develop a deep understanding of our products and services to better assist customers. 6. Identify opportunities for process improvements and customer service enhancements. 7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor offerings. 8. Meet and exceed company standards for customer satisfaction.


Requirements: 1. Driven and adaptable personality traits. 2. Strong communication skills and attention to detail. 3. Ability to think innovatively and problem-solve effectively. 4. Proven experience in a customer support role. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. 6. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred.
