Customer Support Officer - Work from home

United Natural Foods is seeking a reliable and energetic Customer Support Officer to work from home in Dubai. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in customer support or a related field.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via email, phone, or chat in a timely and professional manner - Provide product information, pricing, and order tracking assistance to customers - Process customer orders and returns accurately and efficiently - Resolve customer complaints and issues with empathy and problem-solving skills - Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer needs are met - Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and retention through excellent communication and service

Requirements: - Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal - Ability to work independently and manage time effectively - Creativity and research skills to find solutions to customer problems - Previous experience in a customer support role preferred - Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet work environment at home
