Job Description:
HP is seeking a dedicated and resourceful Customer Support Representative to join our team in Abu Dhabi, AE. As a Customer Support Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, resolving any issues or concerns they may have in a timely and professional manner.
Responsibilities: - Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, or live chat - Assisting customers with product information, troubleshooting, and technical support - Resolving customer complaints and escalations in a courteous and efficient manner - Processing customer orders and returns - Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborating with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction - Following up with customers to ensure issue resolution and satisfaction - Contributing to customer support team meetings and brainstorming sessions
Requirements: - 1 year of experience in a customer service or support role - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong problem-solving abilities - Motivated and self-driven to provide exceptional customer service - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Planning and organizational skills - Ability to work well in a team environment and cooperate with colleagues - Resourceful in finding solutions to customer inquiries and issues
