Job Description:

Rockwell Automation is currently seeking a part-time Customer Support Representative to join our team in Abu Dhabi, AE. As an Associate Level Customer Support Representative, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service to clients and ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services.

Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner 2. Assist customers with product information, troubleshooting, and technical support 3. Maintain accurate customer records and update databases with relevant information 4. Collaborate with sales and technical teams to resolve customer issues efficiently 5. Provide feedback to the product development team based on customer interactions 6. Identify opportunities to upsell products or services to existing customers 7. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends 8. Handle escalated customer complaints with empathy and problem-solving skills

Requirements: 1. 2+ years of experience in a customer service or support role 2. Reliable and confident personality with excellent communication skills 3. Strong research skills to quickly find solutions to customer inquiries 4. Ability to manage difficult customer interactions with professionalism 5.
