We are looking for a reliable and dedicated Customer Support Representative to join our team at Navient in Dubai. In this part-time entry-level role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.
Responsibilities: - Answering customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat - Resolving customer complaints in a professional and timely manner - Providing product information and assistance to customers - Processing orders and returns - Maintaining accurate customer records - Collaborating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction
Requirements: - 1 year of customer service experience - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Critical thinking skills to solve customer issues effectively - Leadership skills to take charge of difficult customer situations - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment - Reliable and dedicated work ethic
