Remote Customer Support Representative

Job Description:

Xcel Energy is seeking a Remote Customer Support Representative to join our team in Abu Dhabi, UAE. As a part-time Associate Level employee, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to our clients remotely. This position requires a minimum of 4 years of experience in customer support.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner - Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction - Provide information about products and services, resolve customer complaints, and process orders - Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies - Meet and exceed customer satisfaction goals

Requirements: - Energetic and driven personality - Excellent communication skills - Strong strategic planning abilities - Minimum of 4 years of experience in customer support - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software - Must have a reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace - Fluency in English and Arabic is preferred
