Customer Support Representative

Job Description:

Target is seeking a part-time Customer Support Representative to join our team in Dubai, UAE. As an Entry Level position, no prior experience is required, but candidates must demonstrate independence and reliability in their work. The ideal candidate will possess strong soft skills in innovation and project management to deliver exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities: 1. Answer customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner. 2. Resolve customer complaints and issues with empathy and efficiency. 3. Provide product information and support to customers. 4. Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction. 5. Utilize CRM software to track customer interactions and provide accurate information. 6. Identify and escalate priority issues to management. 7. Contribute to continuous improvement efforts to enhance customer experience.

Requirements: 1. Independent and reliable work ethic. 2. Strong soft skills in innovation and project management. 3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Ability to work well under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. 6. High school diploma or equivalent. 7. 1 year of customer service experience is preferred but not required.
