Job Description - Remote Customer Support Representative

Job Description:


Harman International Industries is seeking a Remote Customer Support Representative to join our team based in Dubai, AE. As a part-time Associate level position, the Remote Customer Support Representative will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service to our clients.


Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner - Assist customers with product information, troubleshooting, and order processing - Handle and resolve customer complaints or issues with empathy and understanding - Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and resolution of any outstanding issues - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge to provide accurate information to customers - Assist in training new customer support team members as needed


Requirements: - 3 years of experience in customer support or a related field - Energetic and dedicated personality traits - Strong communication and cooperation skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer service software - High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree preferred
