Job Description - Customer Support Representative

Job Description:


Campbell Soup is seeking a part-time Customer Support Representative to join our team in Dubai. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in customer support and demonstrate confidence and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.


Responsibilities: 1. Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat channels. 2. Resolve customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner. 3. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 4. Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless customer experiences. 5. Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate department. 6. Contribute to continuous improvement efforts by providing feedback and suggestions for process enhancements. 7. Meet and exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) related to customer satisfaction and response times.


Requirements: 1. 2+ years of experience in customer support or a related field. 2. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. 3. Ability to negotiate effectively and display emotional intelligence during challenging interactions. 4. Confidence and adaptability in a dynamic work environment. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. 6. High school diploma or equivalent required, Bachelor's degree preferred.
