Job Description:
UGI is seeking a motivated and energetic Remote Customer Support Representative to join our team. This part-time position, located in Abu Dhabi, Abu Dhabi, AE, offers the opportunity to work remotely and provide exceptional customer service to our clients. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a customer support role and possess a proactive and resourceful mindset.
Responsibilities: - Provide timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat - Assist customers with product information, troubleshooting, and issue resolution - Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times - Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve customer issues - Use creativity and problem-solving skills to find innovative solutions for customers - Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions - Meet or exceed established customer satisfaction goals - Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience - 2+ years of experience in a customer support role - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written - Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with a remote team - Energetic and enthusiastic attitude - Resourceful and proactive approach to problem-solving - Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM software - Ability to adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks simultaneously - Experience in a remote work environment is a plus
