Job Description - Customer Support Representative

Job Description:


Performance Food Group is seeking a reliable and independent Customer Support Representative to join our team in Dubai on a part-time basis. As an Associate level role, the ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in customer support.


Responsibilities: 1. Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and chat channels. 2. Manage customer inquiries, issues, and feedback in a timely and professional manner. 3. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer concerns and ensure customer satisfaction. 4. Utilize project management skills to prioritize and handle multiple customer requests simultaneously. 5. Use decision-making skills to provide solutions that align with company policies and procedures. 6. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 7. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge to effectively assist customers with their inquiries. 8. Contribute to improving customer support processes and procedures.


Requirements: 1. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 2. Strong project management and decision-making abilities. 3. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. 4. Proven track record of providing excellent customer service. 5. Prior experience in a customer support role preferred. 6. Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus. 7. Must be reliable and able to work part-time hours.
