Job Description - Customer Support Representative

Job Description:


Archer Daniels Midland (ADM) is seeking a part-time Customer Support Representative to join our team in Abu Dhabi, AE. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in customer support roles. We are looking for individuals who are hardworking, passionate, and possess excellent problem-solving and strategic planning skills.


Responsibilities: 1. Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and in-person interactions. 2. Assist customers with product inquiries, orders, and account management. 3. Resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner. 4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction. 5. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 6. Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the customer experience. 7. Stay informed about industry trends and competitors to provide customers with relevant information. 8. Participate in training sessions to build product knowledge and enhance customer service skills.


Requirements: 1. At least 2 years of experience in customer support or a related field. 2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 3. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. 4. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. 5. Bachelor's degree in business administration or a relevant field preferred.
