Job Description: We are seeking a Remote Customer Support Representative to join our team at Charles Schwab. This part-time position based in Dubai requires a candidate with at least 3 years of experience in customer support. As an Associate Level role, the successful candidate must possess a driven and energetic personality, as well as strong critical thinking and people management skills.
Responsibilities: - Provide excellent customer service and support via phone, email, and chat channels - Assist clients with account-related inquiries, troubleshooting, and issue resolution - Educate customers on our products and services to ensure they are making informed decisions - Collaborate with internal teams to address customer concerns and improve processes - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Continuously seek opportunities to enhance the customer experience and drive customer satisfaction
Requirements: - Minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer support role - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities - Ability to effectively manage relationships with diverse groups of people - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and customer relationship management (CRM) software - Comfortable working in a remote environment with minimal supervision
