Responsibilities: 1. Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat channels. 2. Assist customers with product inquiries, troubleshooting, and issue resolution. 3. Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times. 4. Handle customer complaints and escalations with empathy and efficiency. 5. Utilize critical thinking skills to quickly assess and resolve customer issues. 6. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience. 7. Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

Requirements: 1. Adaptable and able to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies and processes. 2. Confident in communicating with customers and problem-solving in a fast-paced environment. 3. Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. 4. Ability to think critically and creatively to resolve customer issues. 5. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 6. Must have a reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace at home.
