Customer Support Representative - Work from home

Job Description:

Kindred Healthcare is currently seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Support Representative. This is a part-time position that allows you to work from the comfort of your own home in Abu Dhabi, UAE. As an Associate Level Customer Support Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and ensuring their needs are met in a timely and professional manner.

Responsibilities: - Answering customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat - Resolving customer issues and complaints in a timely and efficient manner - Providing product information and recommendations to customers - Processing orders and returns - Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions - Collaborating with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction - Keeping up-to-date with product knowledge and company policies

Requirements: - Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field - Adaptable and reliable personality traits - Strong presentation and leadership skills - Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite - High school diploma or equivalent required
