Customer Support Representative - Work from home

Emirates Steel is seeking a highly motivated and adaptable Customer Support Representative to join our team on a part-time basis, working from home in Abu Dhabi, UAE. As an entry-level position, we are looking for individuals with at least 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field.

Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat - Resolve customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner - Manage customer accounts and provide accurate information on products and services - Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Assist with order processing and tracking - Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and retention
