Customer Support Specialist

Veritiv is seeking a part-time Customer Support Specialist to join our team in Dubai, AE. As an entry-level position, no prior experience is required, but we are looking for hardworking and dedicated individuals who possess strong innovation and critical thinking skills.

Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and chat - Troubleshoot and resolve customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborate with other departments to address customer needs and provide solutions - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to better assist customers - Assist in the development and implementation of customer support strategies to improve overall satisfaction

Requirements: - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer relationship management software - Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed
