Job Description - Customer Support Specialist

Job Description:


We are looking for a passionate and reliable Customer Support Specialist to join our team at Whole Foods Market in Dubai. As a part-time entry-level position, this role is perfect for someone who is looking to gain experience in a fast-paced and dynamic retail environment.


Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer service to ensure a positive shopping experience for all customers - Assist customers with inquiries, product information, and any issues or concerns they may have - Process transactions accurately and efficiently using our POS system - Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including restocking shelves and arranging displays - Work collaboratively with team members to meet sales goals and provide excellent service - Stay informed about current promotions, sales, and special events to effectively communicate with customers - Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner - Assist with inventory management, including receiving shipments and restocking products as needed - Uphold company policies and procedures, including safety and sanitation guidelines


Requirements: - 1 year of customer service experience preferred - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment - Basic computer skills and familiarity with POS systems - Passion for providing exceptional customer service - Reliable and punctual - Innovative and creative problem-solving skills
