Job Description - Customer Support Specialist

Job Description:


We are seeking a driven and resourceful Customer Support Specialist to join our team at Baker Hughes in Abu Dhabi, AE. As a part-time entry-level position, the Customer Support Specialist will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers, solving issues, and ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services.


Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner. 2. Resolve customer issues and complaints with empathy and efficiency. 3. Provide product information, pricing, and support to customers. 4. Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department for resolution. 5. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to improve customer experience. 6. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 7. Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products and services. 8. Conduct customer satisfaction surveys to gather feedback and improve service. 9. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends.


Requirements: 1. 1 year of customer service experience is preferred. 2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 3. Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities. 4. Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment. 5. Strategic planning skills to anticipate and address customer needs. 6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer service software. 7. High school diploma or equivalent required.
