Customer Support Specialist

Job Description:

Rite Aid is seeking a dedicated and independent Customer Support Specialist to join our team in Dubai, AE. As a part-time Associate Level position, the Customer Support Specialist will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and social media in a timely and professional manner - Resolve customer issues and complaints effectively and efficiently - Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction - Provide product recommendations and information to customers - Stay up-to-date on company policies and promotions - Assist in training new customer support staff

Requirements: - At least 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field - Strong planning and organization skills - Excellent persuasion and communication skills - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Proficient in using computers and customer service software - High school diploma or equivalent
