Job Description - Remote Customer Support Specialist

Job Description:


Loews is seeking a Remote Customer Support Specialist to join our team in Abu Dhabi, AE. This is a part-time entry-level position with no specific years of experience required. As a Customer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our clients in a remote setting.


Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner. 2. Assist customers with product information, account inquiries, and issue resolution. 3. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 4. Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate team members. 5. Stay informed about company products and services to accurately address customer needs. 6. Collaborate with other team members to ensure consistent customer support.


Requirements: 1. Motivated and reliable individual with a strong work ethic. 2. Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment. 3. Excellent planning and organizational skills. 4. Strong communication skills and the ability to effectively interact with customers. 5. Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. 6. High school diploma or equivalent.
