Job Description:
Murphy USA is seeking a Customer Support Specialist to join our team as a part-time remote worker in Abu Dhabi, AE. As an Entry Level Customer Support Specialist, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service to our clients. The ideal candidate is energetic, resourceful, creative, and possesses excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat - Assist customers with product information, orders, returns, and general questions - Investigate and resolve customer complaints in a professional and timely manner - Work closely with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction - Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions
Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to think creatively and problem-solve effectively - Comfortable working independently and as part of a team - Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic computer skills
