Job Description - Customer Support Specialist - Work from home

Job Description:


Newmont Mining, a leading global mining company, is seeking a part-time Customer Support Specialist to work from home in Dubai, UAE. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in customer support roles. We are looking for a reliable and passionate individual with strong planning and research skills.


Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and live chat - Resolve customer inquiries and issues in a timely and efficient manner - Conduct research to identify solutions and alternatives for customer needs - Collaborate with internal teams to address customer concerns and improve processes - Update customer records and maintain accurate documentation of interactions - Assist with customer feedback collection and analysis to drive continuous improvement


Requirements: - 3+ years of experience in customer support roles - Strong communication and problem-solving skills - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Proficiency in computer applications and CRM systems - High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred
