Live Chat Assistant

Job Description:

ConAgra Foods is seeking a part-time Live Chat Assistant to join our team in Abu Dhabi. As an Entry Level position, this role requires at least 1 year of experience in a customer service or administrative role. The ideal candidate will be resilient, energetic, and possess strong emotional intelligence and research skills.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide support via live chat - Assist customers with product information, orders, and troubleshooting - Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and escalations - Document customer interactions and feedback for analysis and improvement - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies - Maintain a positive and professional attitude in all customer interactions

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in customer service or administrative role - Strong written and verbal communication skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment - Proficient in Microsoft Office and online chat platforms - Resilient attitude and ability to handle challenging situations with grace - Energetic and proactive approach to problem-solving - Emotional intelligence and empathy in dealing with customers - Strong research skills to provide accurate information to customers
