Remote Live Chat Assistant

Job Description:

Devon Energy is seeking a motivated and adaptable Remote Live Chat Assistant to join our team in Abu Dhabi, AE. As an Associate Level position, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support through live chat interactions with our clients. This part-time role requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer service or administrative role.

Responsibilities: - Engage with customers through live chat to provide assistance, answer questions, and resolve issues in a timely manner - Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy in all interactions with customers - Document customer interactions and follow up on any outstanding issues - Collaborate with team members and supervisors to continuously improve processes and provide the best possible customer experience - Adhere to company policies and procedures to ensure compliance and confidentiality - Manage multiple conversations simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and efficiency

Requirements: - Strong written communication skills and attention to detail - Ability to think quickly and problem-solve effectively - Emotional intelligence to understand and empathize with customers' needs - Project management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines - 3 years of experience in a customer service or administrative role - Motivated and adaptable personality traits to thrive in a fast-paced environment
