Remote Live Chat Assistant

Job Description:

We are seeking a Remote Live Chat Assistant to join our team at Peter Kiewit Sons’ in Abu Dhabi, UAE. This part-time entry-level position is perfect for individuals who are reliable, motivated, and possess excellent communication and planning skills.

Responsibilities: - Assist customers through live chat to provide support and answer inquiries in a timely manner - Handle multiple chat sessions simultaneously while maintaining quality customer service - Use critical thinking to troubleshoot and solve customer issues - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow up as needed

Requirements: - No prior experience required, but a willingness to learn and grow in the role - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong planning and organizational skills - Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment - Comfortable working remotely and independently - Must have a reliable internet connection and a quiet work environment
