Live Chat Assistant

Job Description:

Trinity Industries is seeking a driven and dedicated Live Chat Assistant to join our team in Abu Dhabi. As a Live Chat Assistant, you will be responsible for providing high-quality customer support through live chat on our website. You will interact with customers in real-time, addressing their inquiries, resolving issues, and providing product information.

Responsibilities: - Engage with customers through live chat to provide assistance and support - Respond promptly to customer inquiries and resolve any issues - Provide product information and help customers make informed purchasing decisions - Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team members for resolution - Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving - Collaborate with other team members to improve customer service processes and procedures

Requirements: - Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field - Excellent communication skills and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment - Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills - Proficient in using live chat software and other customer service tools - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Positive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow in a dynamic work environment
