Live Chat Assistant

Job Description:

Marathon Petroleum is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Live Chat Assistant to join our team in Abu Dhabi, AE. As a Live Chat Assistant, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service through online chat support. This is a part-time entry-level position with no required years of experience.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide assistance through live chat - Resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely and professional manner - Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing customer needs effectively - Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless communication and coordination - Stay informed about company products and services to provide accurate information to customers

Requirements: - Driven and independent individuals with a strong work ethic - Creativity and teamwork skills to effectively collaborate with peers - Exceptional communication skills and customer service abilities - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment - Basic computer skills and proficiency in using online chat software
