Job Description:

EMC, a leading technology company based in Abu Dhabi, is seeking a Remote Live Chat Assistant to join our team on a part-time basis. As an Associate Level position, we require a minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field. We are looking for individuals who are reliable and resilient, with strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities: - Provide real-time support to customers via live chat on our website - Address customer inquiries, issues, and feedback in a professional and timely manner - Assist customers with product information, troubleshooting, and order processing - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Document conversations and provide feedback to improve customer service processes - Meet performance metrics and goals set by the company

Requirements: - Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field - Excellent communication skills and a customer-centric mindset - Proven ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment - Strong analytical skills and attention to detail - Proficiency in using live chat software and CRM tools - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Flexible schedule to accommodate evening and weekend shifts
