Remote Live Chat Assistant

Job Description: We are looking for a dedicated and adaptable Remote Live Chat Assistant to join our team at Estee Lauder in Dubai, UAE. As a part-time Associate Level team member, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service through live chat support.

Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries and provide product information and support via live chat. 2. Assist customers with placing orders, tracking shipments, and resolving any issues or complaints. 3. Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times. 4. Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience. 5. Stay up to date on product knowledge and promotions to effectively assist customers. 6. Meet or exceed monthly goals for customer satisfaction and response time.

Requirements: 1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field. 2. Excellent communication skills and the ability to type quickly and accurately. 3. Strong time management and organizational skills to handle multiple chat sessions simultaneously. 4. Negotiation skills to effectively resolve customer issues and complaints. 5. Must be adaptable to changing environments and able to navigate through various customer scenarios. 6. Must be able to work remotely and have access to a stable internet connection.
