Live Chat Assistant - Work from home

Job Description:

Loews is seeking a highly motivated Live Chat Assistant to join our team. This is a part-time, work from home position based in Abu Dhabi, AE. The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field.

Responsibilities: - Engage with customers through live chat to provide support, answer questions, and assist with resolving issues in a timely and professional manner - Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by actively listening to customer needs and offering personalized solutions - Collaborate with other team members to ensure consistent messaging and a seamless customer experience - Utilize creativity and project management skills to develop new strategies for improving customer engagement and satisfaction - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback for internal reporting purposes - Stay up to date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers - Meet or exceed performance metrics, including response times, customer satisfaction scores, and resolution rates

Requirements: - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Previous experience in customer service or a related field - Ability to work independently and manage time effectively - Resilient attitude and ability to handle challenging customer interactions with professionalism - Energetic and enthusiastic approach to customer engagement - Strong creativity and project management skills - High-speed internet connection and a quiet workspace for remote work - Proficiency in basic computer skills and software applications
