Job Description:
Landmark Group is seeking a confident and dedicated Live Chat Associate to join our team in Dubai. As a part-time Associate Level position, the Live Chat Associate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through live chat support on our website. The successful candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in a customer service role and possess strong persuasion and innovation skills.
Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues through live chat in a timely and professional manner. 2. Provide product information, recommend solutions, and assist customers with purchase decisions. 3. Work closely with the sales team to drive revenue through upselling and cross-selling opportunities. 4. Monitor customer feedback and escalate any recurring issues to the appropriate department. 5. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers.
Requirements: 1. Minimum of 4 years of experience in a customer service role. 2. Confident and dedicated personality with strong communication skills. 3. Ability to persuade customers and drive sales through innovative solutions. 4. Proficiency in live chat software and customer service tools. 5. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
