Live Chat Associate

Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries through live chat, providing accurate information and assistance in a timely manner. 2. Utilize problem-solving skills to address customer concerns and resolve issues efficiently. 3. Maintain a positive and professional attitude when interacting with customers. 4. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience. 5. Monitor and track customer interactions to identify trends and areas for improvement. 6. Provide feedback to management on common customer issues and potential solutions. 7. Stay up-to-date on company products, services, and policies to effectively assist customers.
