Remote Live Chat Associate

Job Description:

Twenty-First Century Fox is seeking a Remote Live Chat Associate to join our team in Dubai on a part-time basis. As an Associate Level role, the ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field.

Responsibilities: - Engage with customers via live chat to provide timely and accurate information - Resolve customer inquiries, issues, and complaints in a professional and efficient manner - Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer service experience - Utilize project management skills to prioritize and manage multiple chat sessions simultaneously - Document customer interactions and feedback for future reference - Adhere to company policies and procedures while maintaining a positive and professional attitude

Requirements: - Demonstrated experience in customer service or a related field - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to work independently and confidently in a remote setting - Strong cooperation and project management skills - Comfortable working with technology and learning new software programs - High attention to detail and accuracy - Fluent in English; additional language skills are a plus
