Live Chat Associate

Job Description:

Hanesbrands is currently seeking a part-time Live Chat Associate to join our team in Abu Dhabi, AE. As an Entry Level position, we are looking for a candidate with at least 1 year of experience who is independent, passionate, detail-oriented, and strategic in their planning.

Responsibilities: - Interact with customers through live chat to provide product information, answer inquiries, and resolve any issues or concerns - Assist customers with online orders, payments, and returns in a timely and professional manner - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a consistent and positive customer experience across all channels - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and promotions to provide accurate information to customers

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field - Independent and passionate about providing exceptional customer service - Strong attention to detail and strategic planning skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment - Proficient in using live chat platforms and other online tools
