Live Chat Associate

Job Description:

Community Health Systems is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Live Chat Associate to join our team in Abu Dhabi, UAE. As a Live Chat Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support through online chat interactions with patients and healthcare providers. This is a part-time position at the Associate level, with a requirement of at least 4 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: 1. Engage with patients and healthcare providers in real-time through online chat to provide support and answer inquiries. 2. Assist with scheduling appointments, obtaining patient information, and resolving issues related to appointments and services. 3. Provide accurate and timely information on healthcare services, insurance coverage, and clinic locations. 4. Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless communication and coordination of patient care. 5. Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor at all times, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience for all chat participants. 6. Keep detailed records of chat interactions and follow up on any outstanding inquiries or issues. 7. Stay up-to-date on healthcare industry trends and company policies to provide accurate and timely information to chat participants.

Requirements: 1. Proven experience as a Live Chat Associate or similar customer service role. 2. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 3. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. 4. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and chat software platforms. 6. Driven and adaptable personality traits, with a focus on planning and leadership skills. 7. Must be able to work part-time hours and be available for flexible scheduling.
