Job Description:


Cameron International is seeking a motivated and dedicated Live Chat Associate to join our team in Abu Dhabi. As an entry-level position, no prior experience is required, making this the perfect opportunity for individuals looking to start their career in customer service.


Responsibilities: - Engage with customers through live chat to provide support, answer queries, and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner - Utilize problem-solving skills to address customer concerns and find satisfactory solutions - Persuade customers to consider additional products or services that may benefit them - Maintain a positive and helpful attitude while interacting with customers - Adhere to company guidelines and policies while communicating with customers - Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Strive for excellence in all interactions with customers to uphold high standards of service


Requirements: - Motivated individual with a strong desire to succeed in a customer service role - Dedicated to providing exceptional service to customers and exceeding their expectations - Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think quickly on your feet - Persuasion skills to effectively communicate and influence customers - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously - Comfortable using technology and learning new systems quickly
