Remote Live Chat Associate

Job Description:

Alaska Air Group is seeking a Remote Live Chat Associate to join our team in Dubai, UAE. As a part-time Associate Level position, the Remote Live Chat Associate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support through live chat interactions with customers.

Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries and provide assistance in a timely and professional manner via live chat. 2. Resolve customer issues and complaints effectively, ensuring a positive experience for all customers. 3. Assist customers with booking flights, managing reservations, and providing general information about Alaska Air Group services. 4. Utilize a friendly and upbeat demeanor to build rapport with customers and create a positive interaction. 5. Collaborate with team members to share knowledge and best practices for improving customer satisfaction. 6. Stay up-to-date on airline policies and procedures to provide accurate information to customers.

Requirements: 1. Minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field. 2. Energetic and reliable personality traits. 3. Strong emotional intelligence and creativity. 4. Ability to work independently and efficiently in a remote setting. 5. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 6. Proficiency in computer systems and software, including live chat platforms. 7. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
