Live Chat Associate

Job Description:

American Electric Power is seeking a part-time Live Chat Associate to join our team in Abu Dhabi. As an Associate Level Live Chat Associate, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries and providing support through our live chat platform. This role requires a high level of independence and adaptability, as well as excellent research and time management skills.

Responsibilities: - Manage incoming customer inquiries through live chat - Provide accurate, timely, and professional responses to customer questions and issues - Research and troubleshoot customer inquiries to find solutions - Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent service - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Stay up to date on product offerings and promotions to provide accurate information to customers

Requirements: - 4 years of experience in a customer service or similar role - Strong independent work ethic and ability to adapt to changing situations - Excellent research and problem-solving skills - Exceptional time management and organizational skills - Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with customers - Proficiency in typing and using live chat platforms - Knowledge of environmental responsibility and sustainable practices is a plus
